Liza Blaszcyk
Liza Blaszcyk earned her B.A. degree from University at Albany, State University of New York
in 2017. During her time at SUNY Albany, Ms. Blaszcyk worked at the New York State Senate
where she helped write the 2016 Report for the Joint Senate Task Force on Heroin and Opioid
Addiction. Ms. Blaszcyk later attended New York Law School, receiving a J.D. degree in 2021
and was admitted to practice law in New York in 2022. Ms. Blaszcyk was an executive board
member of the New York Law School Moot Court Association, where she wrote the 45 th Annual
Robert F. Wagner National Employment and Labor Law Competition Fact Pattern, which
involved issues regarding COVID-19 and the workplace.
Prior to joining Frazer & Feldman, Ms. Blaszcyk interned at the New York State Office of
Children and Family Services, where she focused on cases regarding child abuse and
maltreatment. She also interned at Manhattan Legal Services in the Veterans Justice Department
where she provided legal services to active duty and retired service members, including “Military
Mondays” where she assisted clients in Social Security Disability Insurance applications.
Finally, Ms. Blaszcyk spent her final year of Law School as a Legal Intern at Queens Legal
Services, working in the Access to Education Department where she primarily focused on
settlement negotiations with the New York City Department of Education providing Language
Access for New York City Students.
